White elephant or appetizer?

Hello everyone,

Just a reminder that for the big game party tomorrow, it is suggested that you bring a white elephant gift and/or an appetizer to share. The white elephant gift need not be wrapped and the appetizer need not be something extravagant. It's a very informal party.

The white elephant gift will be used in conjunction with the big game prize wheel. We have a prize wheel we will spin just like on Wheel of Fortune. All will be apparent at the party, but just make sure your white elephant gift will is not bigger than two feet across so it will be able to fit into the mystery Gold Box. The white elephant gift need not be anything worthy of a great gift either. We strongly suggest regifting of any Christmas present you recieved that you were going to return anyway. Anything lying around the house is fine as long as it isn't lying in the garbage can or in the kitchen sink.

No one going to the party will leave without a gift so the more we bring to share, the more fun we will have. Hope to see you all there!

...and then after the Meetup, all who care to partake of some swing dancing to a live band can zip down the street to 3748 Minnehaha Avenue, at Tapestry Folkdance Center -- right in the same neighborhood !

Just a thought...
