Hullo, I hope this doesn't come off as just a shameless plug, but I saw the article in the Strib. I own MacGregor Historic Games at the MN Renaissance Festival and we'ld be happy to come in and teach some new-old games to the group some time. In the past few years we've been playing an early tarot card game (Tarot cards were used for games long before they were used for divination). We also try to collect rule variations on classic games, so we might be able to give people some new twists to try on traditional games like Backgammon, Cribbage or Checkers.
