Introduction

I love many types of board and card games, but my husband doesn't. I live south of the river, so I would especially like meetups there, at least once in awhile.

What is your favorite board game and what board game would you love to try out?

I can't pin down a favorite...Apples to Apples is silly fun. I'm intrigued by the eurogames, and would like to learn more about those.

What Kristi is saying about this Meetup Group

  • Hi Kristi -

What was the name of that Chicken game? Where did you find it?

  • I also think "the robber" could go by "the wizard", don't you? :) Hope to get a chance to see you at the next gaming session and to play Catan again. You were a great teacher. :)

  • Hi Kristi! I've never played Settlers of Catan, but I have to learn for a project so I'd love join you. I'm on the waiting list for the meet up on Saturday, but perhaps I could just come and cross my fingers for a spot? Since this is my first meet up, I don't know if that's acceptable or not - I'd hate to commit a big no-no my first time out. If you could let me know the etiquette, I'd appreciate it. (And my husband doesn't like board games either!) Thanks!
