I guess I'm the co-organizer. Mike and I have hosted game parties for the past 5 years. They have gotten so big we've had to hold them in the basement of St. Albert the Great in Minneapolis. Over 100 attended the last one!
I like party games - especially the crazy ones from the 60's like Tie N Tangle. I also like Booby Trap, Perfection, lots of card games, risk and like to try out games I haven't played before.
"Looking for a specific game? Send us an e-mail to see if we have it. We also have duplicates to sell, trade and give away."
Very welcoming group - all types of games are played and it's fun to learn new ones as well as playing some favorites.

"Hello everyone! We have the opportunity to have Al Waller come to Minnesota to talk to the Twin Cities Board Games Group! I'm starting to plan the event but your feedback and input is needed. ... MoreWe could create an game night where Al comes and speaks or I could set up an event where we invite other local game inventors and companies to speak as well. Or, just a dinner and All speaking? Please let me know what type of event you would be interested in or if you have other ideas. I want to make this a fun event that we can get a lot of members to participate in. Thanks!
