Introduction
Hello! I loved to play in college, but haven't had a group of friends who play since then. And I have to learn to play Settlers of Catan for a project, so I'm hoping I can find some folks who play.
What is your favorite board game and what board game would you love to try out?
My favorite growing up was Risk. And I'd love to learn to play Settlers of Catan.

Allison, great! I also noticed your note on the Eurogame group, which I also belong to. OK, I'll risk showing up. I was going to come and leave early anyway, so maybe you and I can be the early version of the "couple".

Allison - you and I are both on the waiting list. I'm hoping we'll get a chance to attend the meetup, but if not, you (and any others) are welcome to come to my place to play Settlers. In addition to the original game, I have Settlers of America: Trails to Rails.
