Chris Schumann runs the Twin Cities Mahjong group and is hosting an event at the DaVanni's party room in Roseville. Here is his notes on the event.

"If you want lessons (on play, or scoring, or strategy), let me know in your response and I'll prepare for that. We'll be playing and teaching Zung Jung style once again, and hopefully we'll play a few rounds with scoring. There will be handouts. We welcome absolute beginners and hope to challenge accomplished players.

I have four sets, but bring yours if you want to use them or show them off. I'll also bring the remaining sets I have for sale."

Davanni's does not charge for the use of their party room, but they ask that each person buys $5 of food or drink.
