Let's celebrate seeing or not seeing our shadows by playing games!

Nothing special - just playing games. Bring some to play or we'll find something out of our 3,000 games that might interest you.

If you want to bring something to eat or drink, that's fine. We may order a pizza or two if people are interested.

Also, since space is limited, we are turning off the Maybe option as that counts towards the total RSVP's.

See you and your shadow on the 2nd!

FYI - we have two dogs (wheaten & schipperke) in case you have allergies. They are friendly and like guests.

Come and celebrate New Year's Eve with Games, Food, Fun and Prizes!!!!

A great time to share and learn those new games you got over the holidays. Board games, card games, party games - bring 'em & we'll play 'em! We also have new games from our sponsors that we will be playing and giving out as prizes!

What should you bring?
* Potluck item to share
* A few games to play (We will supply a wide range so if you don't want to bring yours, there will be plenty to choose from!)
* Your families and friends - this event is open to all!
* Your own beverages if you want something special (water & lemonade will be provided)

We will provide lots of games, beverages, prizes and supplies to make your own New Year's Eve Party Hat!

We will be asking for a $5 donation per adult with kids 16 and under free! This helps us pay for the space and other incidentals. A pretty cheap way to spend New Year's Eve!!!

If you choose to bring your own games - please make sure you mark them well. If you have specific games you want Mike and I to bring, please list in your RSVP and I will do my best to bring all requested games.

Thanks again to St Albert the Great Parish for lending us their basement social hall. The basement of St. Albert's has lots of tables, a kitchen and plenty of space to spread out! (There is also a small children's play area if you have little ones.) Please use the doors on the west side of the church and come downstairs to basement. Signs will be posted. Elevator access is at the door on the corner of 29th street and 32nd Ave - behind the statue. Parking is available in the lot across the street from the church, in a lot behind the church\school and on the streets. http://www.saintalbertthegreat.org

Also - if anyone is available to come early to set up tables or stay late to help clean up, let me know. All help is appreciated.

Happy Holidays!

Wednesday nights seem to be popular enough so we will schedule another meetup at our house for Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving. Any of you not on a big holiday trip are welcome. We will most likely have a new game or two from Chicago to share, so it should be a lot of fun.

Please bring the beverage of your choice (adult beverages are fine) as well as a little bit of money to pitch in if you want pizza as we will be getting take and bake pizza for the whole group. You don't have to bring any games unless you specifically want to play one of your own. We will restrict the number of participants to 20 as that is all our house can hold. After we are all done playing games we can watch Glee on Tivo as my wife and I like that show.
